What do a ravaged roommate, a slimy crime boss, a stalker, a sexy porn stud, and Becca's fantasy lover have in common?  That's the hundred-thousand dollar question, and one that Becca needs answered--fast!  Hot, torrid sexual liaisons aren't Detective Rebecca William's style.  She prefers predictability, and emotions she can control.  So why does her subconscious continually throw her into dreams where she finds herself in the arms of a devastingly handsome fantasy lover?  And why is their sexual union so crazy-wild and uninhibited, it leaves her desperate for more?  Despite this uncontrollable lapse however, she's still in control--sort of--at least until her roommate, Angie, turns her world upside down by arranging a sexy makeover and a provacative photo shoot for her untight friend.  How was Becca to know the photographer is none other than Warren Cabella, the crime kingpin she's investigating for illegal porn, drugs, and a brutal unsolved murder?  Worse yet, if it can get any worse, the porn star Angie's hired to seduce Becca is ex-fed Kaid Kincaid--Becca's fantasy lover!

A young girl discovers the power of trust and friendship in her journey to rebuild her life and learn to live--and love--once again.  Emma is angry and hurt, and her bitterness spews out in a myriad of ways, sparing no one.  Moving from California to Nebraska may solve some of her mother's problems, but in Emma's eyes, she's sunk about as low as she can possibly go.  When a young man, Michael Hansen, enters her life, it looks like things may get better for Emma, but her experience with the men in her life has left her distrustful.  She submerges her heart in resentment, refusing to acknowledge that her world could ever be anything remotely normal or happy again.  Can Michael's friendship and support help Emma learn to trust and open up?

Emma's Choice introduces the reader to small town Nebraska, and to the people and life style that permeates rural America.  Through the pages of this novel, characters like Michael, Emma, Jessie, and Kelly, come to life.  Their humor and wit enchant and captivate the reader, and their courage will inspire anyone who reads their story.
